The “Sign Bilingualism and Co-enrolment in Deaf Education (SLCO) Programme” is an innovative education programme established in 2006 in Hong Kong. It covers a range of education programmes and support services for infants from age 0 to 3, kindergarten children from age 3 to 6, as well as primary and secondary school children.
